Due to a serious injury to my knee I had not been able to exercise for years and was losing muscle and bone mass especially on the affected leg. Through Milton's specialized training and equipment I've been able to regain my muscle mass and improved my range of motion. Training at Milton's Fitness Club has made a positive change in my everyday life!

My back, neck and shoulders used to hurt so bad, some days I would have to leave work early. I started strength training with Cynthia and she had the expertise to work with my problems where so many other fitness trainers had failed. I am now pain free and strong. With everything she taught me, I was able to look amazing on my wedding day!

I came to see Milton from a referral my close friend gave me. I was looking for a more efficient, faster and safer workout. I've had several injuries from playing tennis and other sports and Milton has been able to increase my strength without re-injuring my joints. Love it!

My midback and neck used to burn and ache at the end of the day. Since I've been doing strength training with Cynthia my back feels so much stronger and I don't hurt when I get home from work.

I travel and socialize alot due to my profession so my eating habits aren't always the best. Working with Milton 2-3x week helps keep me on track and I like the short, effective workouts!

My shoulder has been hurting from extensive computer work and so Cynthia changed my workout to "rehabilitation mode" to help me reduce the pain and regain my range of motion. She also shows me ways to stretch it that help so much!

My shoulder is so much better! I never thought it would be normal again. After I had surgery and went through physical therapy my shoulder range of motion was still very limited. Now, after working with Cynthia, my shoulder range of motion and strength is better than ever!

I perform surgery and get alot of neck and upper back fatique. Since I've been training with Milton, I have significantly strengthened my body and have much less discomfort at the end of the day in my neck, shoulders and back.

I can't believe I found a fitness club on the lake! It is so peaceful to see the water, ducks and pelicans while I am getting strong. With Sirius XM radio, I can choose the music I want and Cynthia sets all the weights and shows me what to do. I don't even have to think...I'm in good hands.

I had been dealing with a frozen shoulder for almost a year. Doctors had tried many things without success and wanted to do exploratory surgery. I consulted Milton and started strength training, stretching and movement therapy with him. I regained my full range of motion and strength in about 3 months!

My back and legs have been so weak that it was difficult to get up from a chair without using my arms. I was thrilled that today, I got up without using my arms. My legs are so much stronger already and it's only my 8th session!

With back degeneration and MS, my strength, balance and coordination were failing....after one month of strength training with Cynthia, I am walking better than I have in 5 years. I'm so excited!

I've been a lifetime athlete and have sustained some injuries over the years. I as looking for a workout program that would increase my strength and help prevent injuries. I have been working with Milton 2x week and I'm still enjoying the sports and vacations I love!

He designed a program that allows me to workout to my full potential without risk of injury to my neck. I started working out with Milton at Milton's Fitness Club on the advice of an orthopedic surgeon in order to try and avoid a second surgery (to fix the complications of the first surgery) on my left knee. At the time I was very unhappy and needed a cane to walk. Now, one year later, my knee is much improved having thrown away the cane six months ago. And recent x-rays show that the arthritis in my knees has not worsened very much in the past year. As an added benefit, not only am I a lot stronger and my back feels better, but my blood work....my glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides...all have moved into the normal ranges without medications. And my blood pressure is down some 15 points. With his knowledge and experience, Milton has been able to make a huge difference in my condition. I've known Milton Jimenez since 1988, when as a college student, he trained me in Motobu Ha Shito Ryu Karate. Starting about 3 years ago, I began experiencing issues with my neck which caused great discomfort. I was forced to avoid certain activities (backpacking, hiking, tennis, playing with the kids,etc.), which had become important to my life. Two surgeons were recommending surgery to fuse numerous vertebra in my neck. Subsequently, lower back problems set in as well. These discomforts became more severe than my upper back!
