Our STRENGTH TRAINING SYSTEM is simple, effective and efficient. Train all the muscle groups in a 30 minute private personal training session. Be consistent. Train 2-3 times a week. Eat a heart healthy diet. Appointments are available Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm.
We mix it up. The baseline is that we progressively increase the weight and intensity of the private personal training session while making sure you are maintaining proper form. The main idea is to stimulate the metabolic system, cardiovascular system, and musculoskeletal system by presenting an exercise stimulus that challenges your current fitness level and respects your limits.
We, the personal trainers at Milton's Fitness Club, have proven results with strength training for improving health by increasing muscular strength, increasing bone density, improving cholesterol levels, increasing overall body height by decompressing the spine and increasing hydration of the discs with use of the Core Spinal Fitness System. Our membership package is (40) thirty minute private sessions for $2000. Trial session is $50. We accept personal checks, visa, mastercard, discover and american express for your convenience. Your membership package will last aprox. 5 months if you train 2x week.

MedX Corporation was founded by Arthur Jones, founder of Nautilus Sports/Medical Industries, Inc. MedX was established to continue the research and development projects initiated in 1972. The goal was to perfect the first meaningful tools for testing human functional ability, strength, muscular endurance and ranges of joint motion.
Following 14 years of continuous research, the Lumbar-extension Machine was perfected and proven by independent research teams at the School of Medicine of the University of Florida, Gainesville. Subsequent developments produced the MedX Torso-rotation Machine, the Cervical-rotation Machine, the Cervical-extension Machine and the Knee Machine. These five MedX machines provided the medical community with the first and still the only, tools capable of producing specific and accurate tests of functional ability, as well as the additional capability of providing the best source of rehabilitative exercise.
Following the development of the medical machines, MedX Corporation then applied the knowledge gained to the design of a full line of exercise-only machines intended for general strength training use. Providing a minimum of several hundred levels of available resistance in increments identical to a one pound adjustment in the weight of a barbell, these machines, for the first time, made it possible for any person to select the exact level of resistance required regardless of their strength. Additional improvements resulted in the first truly scientific exercise machines ever built, making all competing machines now obsolete.
